Are there any additional charges for using Credit Cards?
No, there are no surcharges or additional fees when using credit cards to pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the check-out is complete and your order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any amendments. If you have any concerns, you may reach us through the Contact Us button at the top right corner.
In the case if that you changed your mind, please contact our Support Team via Contact Us button at the top right corner within 15 minutes. Exceeding 15 minutes, our team may not guarantee amendments to your order.
Can I make an order through the phone?
Yes, kindly contact our Support Team via Message Us button at the bottom right corner. We will assign the best personal online representative to serve you.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
In the unfortunate event of inaccurate inventory, our team will contact you right away. We will cancel the other of the items which is unavailable or exchange with other items to your choice.
Can I make a pre-order for those out-of-stock items?
Pre-order is only available to certain items. To enquire or to place a pre-order, you may contact us through Contact Us button at the top right corner.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
Yes, you may customize the gift message to accompany your purchase.
Shipping Method
Gemstone Co. use J&T Express (Nationwide) and Tuudi (Klang Valley) courier services for all the orders.
We ship every Saturday. Next-day delivery is available for Klang Valley.
Shipping Fee
Please refer to the shipping costs:
West Malaysia: RM8
East Malaysia: RM12
Free Postage for purchases that are above RM150 for West Malaysia and RM200 for East Malaysia
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once your order has been confirmed, the item will be posted out within three (3) working days and on Saturday, and you will receive your order within seven (7) working days.
*We cannot assure you of the actual delivery schedule, it mainly depends on the courier company.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once the item has been dispatched, we are unable to make amendments to the order.
Refund
Goods sold are not refundable.
Exchange
Item(s) to be exchanged must be returned in an unworn and in its original condition, together with the original packaging and purchase receipt. You may visit our HQ or via postage to us, whichever at your convenience.
* Kindly note that if exchange via postage, shipping or courier fees is bared by the customer.
*Gemstone Co. do not take responsibility for any items lost during the process via postage.
Warranty
Gemstone Co. Do Not warranty chain items however chain that break within seven (7) days of the Purchase Date is entitled for a One-To-One item exchange. We do not acknowledge any further claims after seven (7) days from Purchase Date.
*Customer will have to retain and present either a Gift Warranty Card or Purchase Receipt to claim for warranty.
